CSR Project Manager - 6 months Internship (m/f/d)

We are looking for our new CSR intern. Starting January 19th.

Within the Workplace department, you will support our CSR strategy and our worldwide action plan implementation.

Environment

  • Support extra-financial reporting annual update by participating in:

    • The Double Materiality Analysis update assimilation and the datapoints to be reported,

    • Data - and all supporting documents - collection and check,

    • Coordination of various internal players and external service providers (specialized consultants, auditor; etc.),

  • Participate to the drafting and French translation of the sustainability report included in the 2025 Universal Registration Document,

  • Participate in the implementation of the CSR progress plan,

  • Set up and leading in-house working groups,

  • Set up and monitoring key performance indicators,

  • Participate in the acculturation of employees through internal communications, workshops, such as the climate fresco, information on our information-sharing website,

  • Participate in external working groups in the music industry,

  • Support the 2025 carbon assessment and action plan.

Since the workload for CSR projects can vary, you might also take part in Workplace initiatives aimed at improving employees working environment

  • Identify and monitor our actions with associations we support

This role is excellent for a person with:

  • 1st or 2nd year of a Master's specialised in sustainable development,

  • Minimum 6-month internship or apprenticeship program,

  • Ability to analyse and summarise,

  • Rigorous and with organisational skills

  • Good communication skills,

  • Excellent writing skills,

  • Fluent English & French.
