About the Team and Role

The IP Operations Team serves as a strategic firewall dedicated to preserving brand integrity and marketplace trust. We execute a dual-layered approach of proactive defense and forensic verification, including IP Monitoring to remove counterfeits and Seller Gating to vet distribution channels. Our team also manages high-stakes Appeals and IPR enforcement, conducting forensic audits of supply chain documentation to resolve disputes and mitigate legal risks.

As CS Quality Assurance Specialist(IPO Program Management), you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You will support the implementation of key IPO initiatives, such as process automation and counterfeit detection logic. Your role involves coordinating cross-functional tasks between Policy, Data, and Ops teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring the seamless delivery of operational improvements. You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, identifying bottlenecks, and providing data-backed updates to stakeholders, directly contributing to the team’s mission of building a safer, more authentic shopping ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of all IPO-related projects, including the implementation of new policies and processes, or the improvement of existing ones.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central liaison between IPO operaitons Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly defined, aligned, and met.
  • Strategic Execution: Translate high-level strategic goals and policy changes into detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and defined action items.
  • Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and manage the change process to ensure a smooth transition and successful project delivery.
  • Reporting & Communication: Regularly monitor project performance, provide data-driven updates to stakeholders, and communicate project status, challenges, and successes to leadership.
  • Process Optimization: Champion process improvement initiatives by analyzing project outcomes and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Andon framework.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Demonstrated experience in a project management role within the e-commerce, quality assurance, or customer experience sectors.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and a strong ability to manage cross-functional projects with diverse teams and aggressive deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to use data to inform decisions and measure project success.
  • High proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and strong data analysis skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English or Korean is a huge plus.
  • PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
