Job Description:
Conduct research and development on Bismuth Rare-earth Iron Garnet (Bi:RIG) crystal thin films, with responsibility for developing processes related to the operation of the Liquid Phase Epitaxy (LPE) furnace.
Establish and implement product standards for Bi:RIG, address process and quality issues encountered during production, and propose improvement measures.
Set up a platform for testing the properties of magneto-optical crystals, encompassing composition analysis, thickness measurement, and Faraday rotation performance evaluation.
Collaborate with the crystal processing workshop to establish processes for cutting, polishing, and other operations related to crystal thin films.
Provide technical guidance and training to workshop technicians, and facilitate communication and coordination among teams.
