CRW Customer Product Development Coordinator

As a Customer Product Development (CPD) Coordinator you will play a key role in elevating our customers' brands by developing creative, innovative branding solutions (i.e. tags and labels) for apparel brand owners and retailers. You will be responsible for coordinating the product development processes to define new program requirements from point of initiation to customer approval. You will also provide expertise across product lines to enable the CPD Specialist and Strategic Account Manager to offer the customer total solutions. In this crucial role you will complete key developments across multiple customers and as prioritized by the CPD Manager.

In this important role you will also be responsible for:

  • Preparing global price proposals across all product lines, using established tools and guidelines
  • Consulting with CPD Manager when competitive situations necessitate, using established escalation procedure
  • Gathering and laying out all product and program information, meeting with CPD Manager as needed to complete solution pricing on complex projects
  • Collaborate with other teams to review and solution feedback

What we will be looking for in you:

Essential:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion against tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment, coordinating with multiple people and global functions required.
  • Strong skills in planning & organizing work, judgment, initiative, tenacity
  • Highly effective oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in program development, sales support, or other related areas strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical background in printing/weaving and manufacturing strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the apparel or label industries preferred.
  • High level of PC skills, including use of with Word, Excel, ERP (Oracle preferred), pricing tools, product/customer databases.
  • Solid mathematical skills for pricing

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge gained through training and experience
