The Cross Media Specialist I position is highly focuses in data insights and support. It is an junior level position (1-3 years’ experience) dedicated to supporting the marketing efforts for both —Shutterfly and Snapfish across paid marketing channels.
 
This role is responsible for inputting and organizing marketing data related to promotional events and identifying key trend insights.
 
Candidates must be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to collaborate across teams, exploring innovative approaches to drive growth and campaign efficiency.
 
  • Input and maintain accurate marketing data for all promotional events and trend insights.
  • Assist in gathering creative requirements for campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Align with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution and timelines across campaign deliverables
  • Assist in maximizing effectiveness and efficiency of program spend through building + interpreting program performance data
  • Monitor and report on the efficiency and success metrics for each campaign launch.
  • Contribute valuable insights during marketing reviews by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Demonstrate a drive to dig deeper into data, uncovering new opportunities and recommending actionable solutions for growth.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills, collaborating with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and share learnings.
 
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or a related role, with exposure to paid media or performance marketing environments
  • Strong data aptitude with experience inputting, organizing, and validating campaign or promotional data with high attention to detail
  • Comfort working with performance data (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, basic reporting tools) to track trends and campaign results
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and surface actionable insights
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaign inputs, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
  • Collaborative working style, with experience partnering across teams such as creative, marketing, or analytics
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when sharing insights or reporting results
  • Proactive, curious approach with a desire to dig deeper into data and continuously improve processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Mass Media, Affiliate Marketing, or Paid Social channels (hands-on execution not required)
  • Familiarity with performance marketing metrics (e.g., efficiency, ROI, CPA, ROAS, conversion trends)
  • Experience supporting promotional calendars, launches, or campaign tracking
  • Basic knowledge of media or marketing platforms (e.g., reporting dashboards, ad platforms, or partner tools)
  • Experience contributing to marketing reviews or post‑campaign analysis
  • Interest in learning how media investment and creative strategy drive business outcomes
