Your Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to Croatian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with their bookings, handle inquiries, and resolve any travel-related issues effectively.

Accurately document customer interactions to support service enhancements.
Collaborate with your team to ensure consistent quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Fluency in Croatian (both written and spoken) is essential.
