As a CRO Lead, you will be responsible for improving user experience and conversion rates across organic traffic sources. You will develop A/B testing strategies and work closely with product, design, and development teams to optimise on-site performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to enhance user journeys and increase conversions from organic traffic.
Lead A/B testing initiatives to test hypotheses and improve on-page performance.
Work closely with Organic Growth, Product, and UX teams to ensure a seamless and optimised user experience.
Use data-driven insights to create recommendations for website and app improvements.
Report on CRO performance and provide strategic recommendations based on findings.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in CRO, UX, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools such as Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user behaviour insights.
Familiarity with SEO and organic traffic acquisition.
Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
