CRM Transformation Specialist, Utilities Practice

About your role

  • Lead the delivery of complex programme or projects in a multi-vendor scenario and globally spread team and deliver the outcome leveraging Agile principle and applying DevOps capabilities
  • Lead team interactions and workshops with clients, including conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Lead the team to solve unclear / ambiguous problem statements and complex technical issues
  • Engages with number of stakeholders to enable large scale organisational change or impact
  • Create personal brand in focus areas of specialisation (e.g. industry / technology / functional domain) and provide thought leadership both within the organisation and to the client
  • Take a key role in firm development and practice development, e.g. via innovation and learning activities
  • Support leadership team or drive bids and pursuits
  • Build strong client relationships and help promote Infosys brand and offerings

You..

  • Have at least 4 years of Utilities related experience
  • Have driven end to end CRM transformation programmes including SAP Utilities implementations, providing functional and technical support
  • Have experience in defining and designing SAP Utilities solutions, including mapping business processes to system landscapes and developing high-level roadmaps for clients
  • Have assisted clients in their digital transformation journey by leveraging SAP cloud for Utilities and SAP UC4G (Utilities Cloud for Germany)
  • Have good understanding of the German market environment, regulations, and industry practices.
  • Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, etc.
  • Have experience of designing, developing, and delivering projects through the full life cycle and leading large transformation programmes
  • Have experience in gathering, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating business requirements and information for a range of audiences
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Have knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile ways of working

 

Preferred Skills:

  • a Master’s degree with strong academic results in a relevant field or MBA (Tier 1) or Relevant accreditation for Utilities industry
  • SAP cloud for Utilities / UC4G (Utilities Cloud for Germany)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE2 certification
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Knowledge of Agile ways of working
  • Utilities industry knowledge
  • Capital projects knowledge / experience
  • Have experience in business development

  • Having an entrepreneurial mindset, who will engage with leadership on business development, create commercially viable consulting offerings, and help take these offerings to market
