Dynamics CRM Lead Developer to become part of our DEV team creating and supporting application in several different environments. Must have a strong understanding of data analytics relating to MS SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MS Dynamics, SQL databases, and business processes to support the agency goals and departments use of Microsoft Dynamics for customer service and business case management.

Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and modules
Skills on CRM processes in Insurance industry preferably P&C (Property and Casualty)
Experience with ASP.NET, MVC 4.0, C#, Java script, jQuery, Bootstrap, ADO.NET
Experience with DevOps, Agile-Scrum
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and its various modules
Experience/proficiency with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI)
Understanding of web services, REST APIs, and integration patterns (pub/sub patterns preferred)
Familiarity with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field

Property and Casualty Insurance industry experience
Building and deploying Dynamics 365 packages in development, testing, and production environments.
