As a CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our CRM systems, ensuring effective customer segmentation, automation, and campaign execution. You will work closely with our MarTech Development, Marketing and Performance Marketing teams to drive engagement, loyalty, and conversion through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Manage and work with various tools, including Braze, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, etc..
Design and execute automated marketing campaigns, including email, push notifications and in-app messaging.
Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Segment audiences based on user behavior, demographics, and preferences to deliver personalized experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM strategies align with broader marketing and business objectives.
Maintain CRM data hygiene and ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
Stay up to date with CRM trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
