About the team:

At Goodnotes, we're on a mission to create the best medium for human and AI collaboration. You will join our Growth Marketing team and focus on executing high-impact B2C CRM campaigns that drive user engagement, retention, and monetization across our global app and web user base.

This role combines hands-on campaign execution with strategic collaboration across multiple teams at Goodnotes. You will contribute to campaign planning, experiment design (including A/B testing), and post-campaign analysis, ensuring CRM initiatives are both operationally excellent and strategically impactful within a fast-paced app product environment.

About the role:

We are looking for a CRM Specialist with strong hands-on experience in B2C CRM platforms (including Braze) to execute lifecycle and promotional campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with product marketing, growth, design, and analytics teams to ensure high-quality and timely campaign delivery.

This is the role for you if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

  • Execute end-to-end B2C CRM campaigns across multi-channels (email, push, in-app message, etc.)
  • Set up user journeys and build experiments based on strategic audience segments with behavioral, lifecycle, and subscription data
  • Monitor campaign performance and support reporting with clear insights and recommendations
  • Ensure operational excellence in campaign setup, QA processes, and deployment timelines
  • Collaborate with product, growth, and analytics teams to translate business requirements into executable CRM campaigns

The skills you will need to be successful in the above:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in B2C CRM campaign execution using CRM/automation platform - Braze experience is required
  • Experience working on app products
  • Strong understanding of segmentation logic, and personalization strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and structured QA mindset
  • Solid experience setting up experiments and analyzing CRM performance metrics (deliverability, open rate, CTR, conversion, etc.)

The interview process:

  • An introductory call with someone from our talent acquisition team. They want to hear more about your background, what you are looking for, and why you’d like to join Goodnotes
  • A role-specific call to discuss your background and skillset for this role more in detail
  • A call with your hiring manager to discuss your CRM experience as well as do a live exercise. This is the person who will be managing you day to day, working on your growth and development with you, as well as support you throughout your career at Goodnotes
  • A meet-the-team call with 2 or 3 Goodpeople you’d be working closely with at Goodnotes
  • An AI Literacy interview to gauge your understanding and use of AI tools
