Neo Group is on the lookout for a CRM Retention Team Lead to join our Marketing Team.

What we want from you:

  • Develop and execute customer retention strategies to improve engagement, reduce churn, and increase player lifetime value;
  • Plan, test, and optimize CRM campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Push, Onsite, and other digital touchpoints);
  • Implement personalized retention initiatives based on customer behavior and segmentation;
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure innovative and effective retention strategies;
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of campaign execution coordinators;
  • Assign tasks and ensure timely delivery of campaigns;
  • Foster a collaborative environment and provide regular feedback to improve team performance;
  • Train the team and provide all necessary resources and guidance to effectively set up and manage campaigns;
  • Ensure campaigns are executed in line with established timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
  • Streamline workflows and processes to improve campaign execution efficiency;
  • Identify bottlenecks in the execution process and propose solutions;
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure campaigns are error-free;
  • Analyze customer data, campaign performance, and retention metrics to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Generate reports and insights on customer segments, engagement levels, and retention trends;
  • Oversee A/B testing and campaign optimization to improve effectiveness;
  • Enhance automation and personalization within CRM tools to increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in CRM coordination or a similar role within the iGaming industry;
  • In-depth understanding of the casino and sports betting sectors;
  • Strong skills in interpreting data and making informed decisions;
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring teams;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Braze, Optimove, FastTrack, or similar);
  • Experience working with customer segmentation, automation, and personalized campaigns;
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques;
  • Data-driven mindset, with strong analytical and reporting skills;
  • Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilities;
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian;
  • Focused on achieving objectives and driving results;
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving industry trends;
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Creative thinking to develop innovative CRM strategies.
