CRM Project Manager (World of Warships)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Marketing Communications department. In this position we are expecting to see a person who will manage projects from initiation to roll-out, interact with all stakeholders, create, manage and maintain a project control book, including project plans, key milestones, critical success factors, and other KPI’s.

CRM Team Lead

What will you do?

To participate in creation and adjustment of company PMO standards, methods and procedures.    

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective meetings.  
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum best practices.  
• Promote a collaborative work environment within the Scrum team and across teams, fostering effective communication and cooperation. 

Run projects dedicated to updates and improvement of CRM tools (different internal platforms for sending notifications and analytical infrastructure). 

• Define projects’ scope, objectives, and deliverables. 
• Develop detailed projects plans, timelines, and budgets. 
• Assemble projects’ teams and assign tasks. 
• Provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities. 
• Monitor tasks Progress, provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders. 
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Address issues and obstacles on time. 
• Periodically review the task assignments and the overall project plan. 

To improve processes  related to team work and inter-team communication.

• To identify areas where processes can be enhanced or streamlined to improve efficiency. 
• To promote the standardization of processes across projects or departments. Including improvement and redesign of team’s JIRA project. 
• To develop and maintain detailed project documentation and rules for it’s creation. 
• Establish feedback loops with stakeholders to gather input on project progress.  
• Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. 

What are we looking for?

• Basic IT knowledge (architectural) 
• 1+ year of experience in Project Management (within IT project environment). 
• SCRUM and Project Management skills. 
• Proficient use of Project scheduling tools. MS Project or other Project Management software. 
• Russian advanced, English B2 level or above with good written and verbal communication skills.
