How will you contribute to Skroutz vision

Are you a data-driven CRM professional with a passion for building lasting relationships with businesses? We're looking for a CRM Marketing Associate to join our growing CRM team. This is a dynamic role for someone with foundational experience who is ready to help us engage and support our valued community of partners (merchants & brands).

This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate with a team of marketing experts and work alongside various departments (Marketing, Commercial, Product). You will help turn data and insights into action, creating and executing personalized communication campaigns that empower our sellers and help their businesses thrive.

What you will be doing

  • Execute Campaigns: Plan, design & execute ad-hoc and automated CRM campaigns to reach, engage, retain and reactivate partners on our platform.
  • Leverage CRM Channels: Create multi-channel campaigns using different channels as email communications, instant messaging platforms (Viber, Whatsapp, SMS) and in-platform messaging.
  • CRM Segmentation: Conduct in-depth audience segmentation analysis to ensure the right content reaches the right merchant at the right time. Develop and maintain dynamic merchant segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage and engagement.
  • Optimize Performance: Monitor key metrics and support A/B testing efforts to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and merchant responsiveness.
  • Analyze Data: Help analyze campaign results and turn insights into actionable recommendations for the team, focusing on merchant behavior and needs.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with partners growth team, business intelligence, and product teams to understand seller behavior and identify new opportunities for growth and automation.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Research and assist in implementing new CRM best practices and automation workflows to elevate our merchant communication.

Requirements

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a CRM role, preferably in a fast-paced, digital environment. Experience with B2B or merchant-facing communication is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools: Prior experience working with and a strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Moengage, Salesforce Pardot) are required.
  • Data-Driven: An analytical mindset with the ability to work with data to help guide decisions.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit and strong communication skills, ready to learn from and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
  • Organized: The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS.
  • Marketplace Experience: Experience working within a B2B environment and/or on an online marketplace.
