CRM Manager- Germany (15 month FTC)

About the Role:

The CRM Manager will oversee all CRM efforts and KPIs for HeliosX’s German market.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving meaningful, measurable impact through CRM programs. They know, love, and dream about Braze, and are analytical by nature, pursuing answers to any performance deviations until nothing is left unresolved. They are excited to join a bootstrapped, rapidly scaling health startup experiencing unprecedented growth and thrive in a culture built on experimentation.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own, deliver, and optimise CRM campaigns and the full German CRM calendar, covering triggered, non-triggered, and transactional communications.
  • Launch, manage, and optimise the customer referral scheme, tracking performance and driving measurable results.
  • Apply market and competitor insights to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Build campaigns using HTML and run customer journeys via Braze across email and SMS.
  • Design, execute, and continually optimise experiments to drive meaningful KPI improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product, Creative, Operations, Clinical, and Analytics teams to enhance multichannel CRM programmes.
    Contribute to the strategic evolution of website content and UX to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Leverage customer data and segmentation to personalise campaigns, uncover opportunities, and drive upselling.
  • Partner with Analytics and Engineering to access and apply data effectively.
  • Lead NPS, survey, and review initiatives for the German market.
  • Design and implement initiatives to boost customer interaction and engagement across all relevant channels.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve CRM performance.
