Job Description

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM projects for mid to large scale

• Implementation / maintenance project. Experience working in the Singapore Public Sector

• projects is an advantage

• Preference given to candidates with CRM developer’s competence

• Support the Sales & Marketing organization in the development of public references

Responsibilities:

• Functional requirement gathering and documentation

• Implementation and deployment of CRM modules and customizations

• Project scoping and estimation

• Fit-Gap analysis

• Post-live training and support

• Quality Assurance and Testing

• Presales Prototyping Configuration (Senior)
