The CRM Exec will work as part of a CRM team within the Customer Marketing Team and is responsible for building customer activation, engagement and retention through CRM automation and triggered lifecycle marketing.
Using omni-channel engagement program Braze you will develop and manage multi-channel, segmented customer lifecycle campaigns, building contact strategies for multiple customer segments. You will work closely with the Strategic Business Units to design these automated campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.
