Requirements

Role overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated CRM Engineer to join our Business Intelligence team and take ownership of our HubSpot ecosystem as a core driver of Growth and Marketing success. In this role, you will be responsible for continuously improving our CRM setup, with a strong focus on automation, data quality, and scalable system architecture.

Sitting at the intersection of Growth, Finance, and Tech, you will play a key role in ensuring that our commercial processes are efficient, data-driven, and built to scale. You will design and maintain reliable data flows across the full revenue funnel, from lead generation to closed revenue, while collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Main responsibilities:

  • Own and continuously improve HubSpot as the core CRM for Sales.

  • Design and optimize end-to-end commercial processes across the revenue funnel.

  • Build and maintain automated workflows to improve efficiency and conversion.

  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and the broader data and systems ecosystem.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliable reporting for growth and revenue tracking.

  • Act as the main point of contact for HubSpot, collaborating with Growth, Finance, and Tech teams.

  • Maintain clear documentation and governance of CRM processes and data.

  • Define and prioritize the CRM roadmap, focusing on scalability and business impact.

Main requirements:

  • Professional proficiency in English.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM configuration, workflows, and automation).

  • Experience building and managing integrations using APIs, connectors, or middleware/iPaaS tools.

  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data platforms used for analytics and reporting.

  • Solid understanding of engineering best practices, including version control (Git), change management, and documentation.

  • Strong knowledge of growth, sales, and revenue operations, with an understanding of how CRM design impacts forecasting and business decisions.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.

  • Nice to have: Python; dbt/ELT concepts; orchestration tools (Dagster/Airflow); governance/compliance tooling.

  • Strong growth mindset with a deep sense of ownership for revenue-impacting systems.

  • Highly data-driven, with a strong bias toward accuracy, consistency, and trust in numbers.

  • Thinks end-to-end across teams and systems, not in isolated “CRM” or “marketing ops” silos.

  • Comfortable with challenging requirements to protect data quality and long-term scalability.

  • Able to translate growth strategy into robust system and data designs.
