CRM Automation Engineer & QA (World of Warships)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic specialist to join our team. As a CRM Engineer & QA specialist, you will be responsible for the creation, testing, analysis, and maintenance of automated CRM campaigns. Eventually, you’ll be able to take part in campaign design, management, and complex improvements.

Reports to

CRM Manager

What will you do?

• Engineering of CRM campaigns and rules;
• Creating notifications for CRM campaigns;
• Analyzing current marketing campaigns; 
• Detecting and fixing bugs in CRM campaigns;
• Testing of CRM campaigns and mechanics;
• Participating in related CRM projects.

What are we looking for?

• SQL basic knowledge
• QA and testing basic knowledge 
• Excel advanced user
• HTML/CSS basic knowledge
•  

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience in QA and testing
