Role

The CRM Data Insights Analyst will report into and work closely with CRM Data Insights Manager. The role is hands-on in the review, implementation and improvement of insight reporting, and analysing and narrating the impact of activity to the Firm. The role also includes working with and supporting local CRM activity to maintain perspective on data process and quality in relation to reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Support the manager on the delivery of management and other timely metrics reporting to drive performance and best practice usage of the firm's CRM and insight tools.
  • Support the development and extension of insights reporting infrastructure to enable greater performance analysis.
  • Delivering data-based insights, including the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. This involves extracting data from various sources, cleaning, modelling, analysing, narrating and presenting digital marketing data.
  • Finding gaps, inconsistencies and discrepancies between data and systems. Suggesting improvements to data management, processing and storing.
  • Participate in various CRM related projects and activities, increasing CRM adoption and usage and evolving data quality, profiling and segmentation leading to advanced campaign targeting capability.
  • Support the production and maintenance of documentation relating to role.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in reporting and data-related tasks would be an advantage (i.e. data manipulation and modelling, researching, creating dashboards and interactive visual reports).
  • Fluency in English is required (B2 level), as it is the working language.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel. Experience of Business Intelligence software packages would be advantageous (e.g. Power BI, Tableau etc.).
  • Experience of InterAction CRM, Vuture (email marketing platform) and Google Analytics would be advantageous.
  • Analytical and logical with good problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Good communicator, with ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the firms.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and an understanding for the need of documents and well-defined procedures.
