Requirements

  • Experience with CRM automation or marketing platforms (Smartico, FastTrack, Customer.io, Optimove or similar).
  • Understanding of user funnels and lifecycle marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset and basic analytical skills.
  • Experience or strong interest in A/B testing.
  • English level B1+.
  • Strong interest in sports and deep engagement with sports events.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of automated CRM campaigns: segment-based cycles, hidden promotions, and trigger scenarios.
  • Working with automation tools: campaign setup, testing, launch, and monitoring.
  • Participation in A/B testing of communication flows and scenarios.
  • Analysis of campaign performance and impact on key metrics.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Product, Analytics, Content, and Design.
