Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
This role is a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRM and HubSpot Coordinator to support the company’s sales and marketing teams by managing and optimizing the CRM system, driving automation, and ensuring data integrity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating structured, efficient systems and enjoys leveraging technology to improve workflows, reporting, and customer engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- HubSpot setup and management: Configure and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring structured systems for sales, marketing, and reporting.
- Pipeline optimization: Design and refine sales pipelines to enhance deal tracking and boost performance.
- Dashboards and reporting: Develop tailored dashboards and analytics tools to track KPIs, measure performance, and deliver actionable insights.
- Email automation and campaigns: Build and manage automated email sequences, newsletters, and targeted campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
- Workflow automation: Create efficient HubSpot workflows to streamline communication, nurture leads, and minimize manual tasks.
- Landing pages and chat flows: Design high-converting landing pages and interactive chat flows to improve lead capture and customer interactions.
- Data management: Ensure clean, accurate, and organized customer and sales data through data entry, deduplication, segmentation, and database optimization.
- Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance CRM processes and automation strategies to support business growth.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align data, processes, and reporting for seamless operations.
- Prospect research: Assist in identifying target companies and contacts to support lead generation and sales outreach.
Requirements
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
- HubSpot Expertise: Intermediate to advanced ability in HubSpot setup, configuration, workflows, automation, reporting, list building, and user management.
- Industry Experience: Candidates can come from any industry, but B2B experience is advantageous.
- Automation Skills: Experience creating automated email campaigns, workflows, and nurture sequences.
- Technical Proficiency:
- HubSpot (priority over other CRMs)
- Excel/Google Sheets (intermediate level for data uploads, downloads, and formulas)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, landing pages, and chatflows
- CRM Transferable Skills: Advanced Salesforce experience may be considered only if CRM skills are highly transferable, but HubSpot remains the top requirement.
- Attention to Detail: Highly accurate, organized, and consistent with data and processes.
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication for cross-team collaboration.
- Research Skills: Ability to research leads, companies, and industry insights using LinkedIn and other online tools.
