And we’re looking for a CRM & Administrative Operations Associate (GoHighLevel Specialist) to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
CRM Management (GoHighLevel)
Own and optimize the entire GoHighLevel setup
Build and maintain automations, pipelines, forms, and workflows
Diagnose and resolve CRM issues quickly
Integrate GHL with calendars, funnels, email systems, and tracking tools
Maintain accurate data hygiene and reporting
Ensure a smooth, automated lead journey from first contact → sales → post-sale support
Admin, Lead Handling & Client Experience
Respond to incoming emails, DMs, and inquiries in real time
Sort and prioritize leads (cold, warm, hot) and route qualified leads to the sales team
Book calls directly on the sales team’s calendar
Follow up consistently so no lead sits unanswered
Update CRM with every interaction and keep statuses clean
Provide calm, professional support to clients and direct them to the right internal teammate
Help improve overall response speed and maintain a high-quality client experience
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of related experience in CRM operations, administrative support, or client management
• Strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) setup, automation, and troubleshooting
• Skilled in lead handling, client communication, and administrative support
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and ensure smooth operations without supervision
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday
Location: This is a remote job
Salary Package: ₱30,000 – ₱32,500
