About Us
Company Shop Group (CSG), part of Biffa, is the UK’s largest commercial redistributor of surplus food and household products. We work with many of the nation’s biggest retailers, manufacturers, food service operators and logistics providers to unlock value from surplus stock that might otherwise go to waste.
Through our Company Shop stores and our award-winning social enterprise, Community Shop, we not only redistribute surplus, but we also empower people, strengthen communities, and reduce environmental impact.
We’re proud to be a good business doing good. We also know that different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds fuel innovation, which is why we actively champion diversity and inclusion across everything we do.
Role Overview
As CRM & Acquisition Manager, you will own the strategy and delivery of how we communicate with our members, from their first interaction to long-term loyalty. This is a hands-on, strategic, and highly collaborative role that blends data-driven decision-making with creative thinking.
You’ll lead CRM and acquisition activity across multiple channels, creating journeys that drive recruitment, engagement, retention and frequency, all while championing the CSG brand and mission.
