Role Overview

As CRM & Acquisition Manager, you will own the strategy and delivery of how we communicate with our members, from their first interaction to long-term loyalty. This is a hands-on, strategic, and highly collaborative role that blends data-driven decision-making with creative thinking.

You’ll lead CRM and acquisition activity across multiple channels, creating journeys that drive recruitment, engagement, retention and frequency, all while championing the CSG brand and mission.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and deliver CRM and acquisition strategies to grow and retain our member base.
  • Manage the full CRM lifecycle, including segmentation, automation, personalisation and customer journeys.
  • Plan, build and optimise campaigns across email, SMS and other communication channels.
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand identity and content plans, creating a seamless and consistent member experience.
  • Analyse campaign performance and share clear, actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Maximise our CRM platform capabilities, identifying opportunities for innovation and improved usability.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital, Creative and Member Services teams to deliver integrated, impactful campaigns.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in CRM and acquisition marketing.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, automation and personalisation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Elmasrys, Salesforce or similar.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and project-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, brand-aligned communications.
  • A balance of creativity and data-driven thinking, with a passion for building strong member relationships.
