The credit services team is one of three core teams in the A/R function at Future. Working alongside The collections and billing teams, the Credit Services team are responsible for assessing credit risk, as well as onboarding new customers.

What you'll be doing

The Senior Credit Services Analyst is a critical, high-impact member of the Finance organisation, responsible for safeguarding the company's financial health by managing complex customer credit risk, ensuring robust compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, and acting as the primary administrator for the corporate credit insurance policy.

This senior role handles the most complex customer onboarding processes, provides decisive financial risk assessments, manages high-risk order approvals, and serves as the team's escalation point for credit and compliance matters.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • 4+ years of experience in credit analysis, compliance, accounts receivable, or a related financial role, demonstrating increasing responsibility.
  • Lead on decision-making in high-pressure credit and risk scenarios.
  • Experience interpreting financial statements and conducting comprehensive credit/risk analysis.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with key enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems (e.g. Netsuite, Operative One, Salesforce).
  • Clearly articulate credit decisions and compliance requirements to internal stakeholders and external insurers.
