How You 'll Make An Impact

  • Participate in two core business areas: POS acquiring services across the EFT Merchant Services portfolio and Onboarding of merchants for the ATM Merchant Fill business
  • Conduct credit analysis and due diligence for new merchant applications, assessing financial and operational risk
  • Review and evaluate additional requests from existing merchants, such as limit increases or new service enablements
  • Monitor the performance and risk profile of the existing merchant portfolio, identifying early warning indicators and recommending corrective actions
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to support efficient, secure merchant onboarding
  • Prepare reporting for management, highlighting trends, risks, and portfolio insights
  • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, risk assessment standards, and regulatory guidance

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 3-5 years of proven credit risk experience in financial services, banking, acquiring, or similar industry
  • Experience in POS acquiring or merchant services is a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Greek, both written and spoken
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications, especially Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot), Word, and PowerPoint
  • Eligibility to work in the EU full‑time and permanently, without employer sponsorship
