Credit Executive (1 Year Contract)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Contract Credit Analyst to support credit risk assessment, margin monitoring, and regulatory reporting functions. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with relevant academic exposure to finance, risk, or related disciplines who are interested in building a career within the financial services industry.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform credit reviews and margin assessments for new and existing clients.
2. Issue formal facility offer letters and manage the end-to-end facility arrangement process, including document preparation, internal approvals, client execution, signing formalities, and tax payment.
3. Prepare and submit regular regulatory reports and risk reports in a timely manner.
4. Observe global market developments and analyse key risk issues that may impact client portfolios or credit exposures.
5. Perform daily margin control functions and monitor client positions and collateral exposure.
6. Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Risk Management, Economics, Accounting, Business, or other related fields.

• Open to fresh graduates with relevant academic background or internship exposure within financial services, risk, or credit-related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, credit risk concepts, or margin financing would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in daily work processes is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic office tools.
• Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage due to stakeholder communication needs; however, candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
