About 9fin

9fin is the AI platform powering global debt markets — the world’s largest asset class at over $145 trillion.

Debt markets are vast, global, and mission-critical, yet still run on fragmented data, PDFs, and manual workflows. 9fin replaces this broken infrastructure with a single platform that centralises proprietary credit data, deep analysis, and high-value workflows across global markets.

Today, 9fin powers teams at 300+ blue-chip institutions worldwide, including global banks, asset managers, private equity firms, law firms, and advisors. The business is scaling at exceptional speed, with rapid expansion in the US and best-in-class retention driven by deep workflow adoption.

We’re at a defining inflection point. With proven product-market fit and strong, global market pull, 9fin is accelerating toward becoming the category-defining platform for debt markets worldwide.

What you’ll work on

  • Secondary analysis – With guidance from senior analysts, deep dive into high yield earnings reports, provide financial updates on specific credits, and produce market-leading predictive analysis and industry research

  • Relationship & product evangelism – Support clients, answer questions on our platform and provide insight. Gather feedback and work with the product team to develop the 9fin offering, taking the lead on new and exciting developments

  • Strong communication – Demonstrate clear and effective written and verbal  communication, producing clean, timely, and accurate copy in a concise manner. Exhibit excellent attention to detail

  • Problem solving – Enjoy interpreting information and constructing effective solutions  to complex problems. Be a team player, but also able to effectively work alone  (although help is always on hand if you need)

  • Drive – Bring an inquisitive and passionate mindset, demonstrating a strong interest in the development and dynamics of financial (and especially) capital markets. A self-starter, you are up for the challenge of a role that will morph and transform as we continue to grow

A note from the hiring manager

“Be interested, and ask questions! The most impressive people I’ve worked with have shown genuine curiosity in some or most parts of what we do. Whether that’s being mystified by a new offbeat deal structure, or developing your knowledge of credit market dynamics, lots of what we do involves solving problems.

At 9fin we’re here to decode and understand these problems. From there we provide clients the best-in-class data, insight or research – and as a Credit Analyst you’ll be at the forefront of this drive. You’ll have a clear role in providing market leading analysis to 9fin’s institutional client base, in addition to aiding the growth and development of the existing team.

I’ve been very lucky to see 9fin’s rapid growth in the last few years, we took on new challenges and created a name for ourselves in Europe. If you’re up for the challenge, there’s a tonne of exposure to the sharp-end of fixed income markets, great opportunities for your own career development and a place for you to have a real stake in 9fin’s future success.”

— Rubi Gjika, Head of Credit
