UltraViolet Cyber is seeking a Credentialing and Resource Management Associate based in North America. As a Credentialing and Resource Management Associate at Ultraviolet, you will work with world-class colleagues in your field using a broad spectrum of cutting-edge technologies across many Fortune 500 industries. The associate will support our compliance, staffing, and operational needs. This role ensures all employees and contractors meet required certifications while helping manage resource allocation across projects. Must be legally allowed to work in the US, and the work must be done in the US.  No third-party candidates will be considered  What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for credentialing inquiries.
  • Maintain and update certifications, licenses, and training records.
  • Track compliance, conduct audits, and prepare credentialing reports.
  • Ensure credentialing aligns with HR, Legal, and Compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate skills and resource database.
  • Support onboarding by verifying credentials for new hires and contractors.
  • Provide updates on resource availability, skill levels, and certifications.
  • Assist with resource allocation, scheduling, and project staffing needs.
  • Support bench management by tracking consultant availability and deployment.
  • Work closely with consultants during 1:1s to discuss career development, skills growth, and training needs.
  • Support a team of consultants with staffing coordination and project alignment.
  • Help manage short-term staffing needs and resolve resource conflicts.
  • Generate reports on resource utilization, capacity, and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline credentialing and resource processes
  • What You've Done:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Sciences, Business or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
  • Experience in credentialing, HR operations, compliance, or resource management preferred.
  • Strong organization, communication, and data-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail driven environment.
  • Experience tracking and analyzing resource loads per project
  • Proficiency using software applications for project and portfolio management
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining an inventory of projects indicating timing, probability and resource needs
  • Experience in creating and maintaining a bench report to project the number of unallocated resources by week, discounted according to project probability
  • Experience visualizing dependence on contractors and recruiting in total staff counts, and visualizing usage by title, major skill groups, etc.
  • Experience with desktop tools such as Excel
  • Understanding of consulting organizations and business processes
  • Confidence documenting meeting results, action items; and producing periodic reports
  • Steady in the face of multiple inputs and deadlines
  • Some knowledge of IT/software applications
