We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to join our rapidly growing IT business. The intention is to transition into a CMO in 1.5-2 years based on the results of cooperation.

As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services, drive customer acquisition and retention, and strengthen our brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the IT industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of development and successful implementation of integrated marketing campaigns with hands-on experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrated Marketing Strategy Development: Formulate an overarching global marketing strategy that combines various lead generation sources such as SEO, content marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, events, referrals, LinkedIn campaigns, and more.

  • Implementation and Execution: Oversee and ensure the successful execution of each lead generation strategy. This includes establishing timelines, setting targets, and ensuring all team members understand their responsibilities. Hands-on experience is crucial here.

  • Content Creation and Management: Develop a content strategy to fuel these lead generation strategies, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email content, social media content, etc.

  • Building Relationships: Cultivate partnerships and alliances for referral marketing. Also, build and maintain relationships with customers for testimonials and case studies.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Implement a robust analytics system to track the effectiveness of each lead generation source. Use this data to regularly report to stakeholders and make data-driven decisions.

  • Event Management: Plan and execute events (online and offline) as part of the lead generation strategy. This includes participation in third-party events or arranging co-branded ones.

  • Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget, allocate resources to different strategies based on their performance and potential for success.

  • Brand Building: Ensure all lead generation efforts are consistent with the company's brand image and messaging.

  • Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update strategies based on their performance, changing market conditions, or new opportunities.

  • Accountability: Track daily lead indicators and own the results of all marketing team.
