  • Monitor book-of-business health through sales, click, link, and engagement trends

  • Deliver regular performance reporting to internal stakeholders, focused on business impact and KPI progression

  • Translate complex data into practical strategies that improve retention, engagement, and monetization outcomes

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution

  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Campaigns, and RevOps to translate creator needs into actionable initiatives

  • Serve as a voice of the creator in cross-functional planning, ensuring strategies align to revenue and retention goals

  • Contribute to experimentation, testing, and rollout of growth initiatives designed to accelerate creator GMV

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and creator success workflows through continuous feedback loops

Creator Advocacy & Industry Engagement

  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with creators through strategic guidance and consistent value delivery

  • Champion feature adoption, best practices, and platform engagement to increase creator satisfaction and performance

  • Represent Later’s creator value proposition in select industry and creator events as needed

Leadership & Impact (Individual Contributor Role)

  • Operate as a high-impact IC with strong ownership, autonomy, and accountability for outcomes

  • Influence without authority by setting a high standard for execution, insight, and creator strategy

  • High performers may grow into pod leadership roles supporting Creator Success Managers and Coordinators over time

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 2–3+ years of experience working directly with creators in the creator economy (e.g., creator success, campaign management, affiliate marketing, talent management, creator education, or growth roles)

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize insights into clear actions

  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Gmail, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar analytics or CRM platforms

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally

  • Strong social media fluency and understanding of creator monetization dynamics

  • Growth mindset, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership over results
