About the Role

Suno is seeking a Creator Operations Manager to build and scale the systems behind our creator programs, including Hooks, our short-form music video feed.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and product thinking. You will design and run the infrastructure that powers hundreds of creators and thousands of monthly Hooks – spanning onboarding, payments, CRM, support, and program mechanics.

This is a hands-on systems-builder role for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, automating manual workflows, and scaling programs from 0→1 to 1→N.

What You’ll Do

  • Program Operations & Systems

    • Own and scale the operational backbone of Suno’s creator programs

    • Build and automate workflows across onboarding, payments, referrals, and reporting (e.g., invoice generation, tracking systems, CRM flows)

    • Design and maintain program infrastructure using tools like Google Sheets, CRM systems, and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Claude Code)

    • Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and implement scalable solutions to support hundreds of creators and high-volume output

    • Create and maintain internal documentation, SOPs, and FAQs to standardize program operations

    Scaled Program Ownership

    • Own the day-to-day operations of the Partner Program, which supports long-tail creators posting to Hooks

    • Evolve programs from manual sourcing toward more scalable, system-driven models

    • Build tooling and tracking systems to support program performance, eligibility, and payouts at scale

    • Manage program inboxes and support workflows; build scalable solutions (e.g., ticketing systems) to handle volume

    • Monitor program health and iterate on mechanics accordingly

    • Ensure a consistent and high-quality creator experience while operating at scale

What You’ll Need

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations, BizOps, creator operations, or program management at a tech or creator platform

  • Strong builder mindset – you enjoy creating systems, not just running them

  • Experience working with high-volume workflows and scaling processes across large user bases

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (required); experience with automation tools, lightweight scripting, or AI-assisted workflows is a strong plus

  • Experience working with CRMs and operational tooling, with a focus on workflow design

  • Strong organizational and execution skills; ability to manage multiple systems and workflows simultaneously

  • Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage environments; ability to turn messy processes into structured systems

  • Strong written communication skills; ability to create clear documentation and external-facing materials

  • Interest in creator ecosystems, marketplaces, or music is a plus
