The company focuses on producing high-volume, repeatable creator content distributed across major platforms, with a strong emphasis on execution quality, consistency, and measurable performance outcomes.

Role Overview

The Creator Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring creator content is executed accurately, consistently, and at scale. This role acts as the operational bridge between leadership and a growing creator community, translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable direction for creators. You will manage day-to-day creator communication, enforce posting standards, and ensure accountability across content workflows. The role is execution-heavy, highly cross-functional, and ideal for a detail-oriented operator who thrives in fast-paced creator ecosystems. Candidates who excel here are proactive, highly organized, and comfortable owning outcomes in ambiguous environments.

Your Impact:

You will directly impact content velocity, execution quality, and creator accountability across the organization. Your work will ensure creators consistently meet posting cadence, output volume, and performance expectations. By maintaining clear feedback loops and operational visibility, you will reduce delays, unblock production issues, and improve overall content efficiency. You’ll also play a key role in building scalable systems that support long-term creator growth and performance consistency.

Core Responsibilities

Creator Operations & Liaison Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal leadership and creators within Discord.
  • Translate written creative briefs into clear, creator-ready instructions.
  • Respond to creator questions promptly to remove blockers and maintain production momentum.
  • Maintain real-time visibility into content that is shipping, stalled, or requires escalation.

Content Execution & Accountability

  • Enforce posting cadence, output volume, and performance expectations across creators.
  • Monitor content execution quality and ensure compliance with brief requirements.
  • Proactively address missed deadlines, delays, or quality gaps before escalation.
  • Provide tactical, written feedback to improve creator execution and results.

Workflow Optimization & Scaling

  • Manage creator queues, timelines, and handoffs to maintain readiness and consistency.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks impacting iteration speed or production output.
  • Document creator workflows, standards, and best practices to support scaling.
  • Contribute to building repeatable systems as creator volume increases.

Internal Alignment & Reporting

  • Maintain tight alignment with leadership on priorities, progress, and operational risks.
  • Communicate clearly on what is shipping, blocked, or needs immediate attention.
  • Support internal coordination as tools and workflows continue to evolve.

Requirements

Must-Haves (Required)

  • 3+ years of experience in creator operations, content operations, or production management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Discord for professional community management and daily operations.
  • Clear understanding of creator workflows, including clipping and slideshow-style CPM content production.
  • Exceptional written English communication skills; role is primarily text-based.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused with strong accountability instincts.
  • Comfortable operating between business leadership and creator communities.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to independently close operational loops.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

  • Experience managing creators, editors, or high-volume content production pipelines.
  • Background in performance-based creator environments with view, CPM, or output targets.
  • Familiarity with CPM-based creator compensation models and incentive structures.
