Our client is a fast-growing, creator-led content operation operating at the intersection of performance marketing and social media. The company focuses on producing high-volume, repeatable creator content distributed across major platforms, with a strong emphasis on execution quality, consistency, and measurable performance outcomes.

Role Overview

The Creator Brand Manager ensures that all content produced across the creator network meets the highest standards of quality, authenticity, and performance. You will operate at the intersection of creators, clients, and leadership—providing creative direction, coaching, and quality oversight. This is a strategic, execution-heavy role requiring strong creative judgment and a deep understanding of short-form digital content. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your Impact:

  • Ensure content consistently meets brand, quality, and performance standards.
  • Drive measurable improvements in creator output and campaign success.
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction through clear communication and alignment.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by identifying risks and coaching creators proactively.
  • Contribute to a creator network that is motivated, high-performing, and sustainable.

Core Responsibilities

Creator Quality & Coaching – 40%

  • Review creator submissions for quality, hooks, pacing, and authenticity.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve content virality and performance.
  • Coach underperforming creators or flag them for removal.
  • Ensure creators fully understand and execute campaign directions.

Creative & Brand Quality Control – 25%

  • Enforce brand safety, messaging accuracy, and production standards.
  • Ensure correct usage of brand assets and mobile imagery.
  • Identify and remove low-quality or AI-generated content.
  • Maintain consistently high content quality across the network.

Client Alignment & Satisfaction – 20%

  • Serve as first-line communication with brand managers.
  • Translate client feedback into clear creator direction.
  • Escalate client concerns or risks to leadership.
  • Ensure campaigns remain aligned with client expectations.

Creator Operations & Communication – 15%

  • Maintain daily creator communication and resolve production blockers.
  • Track campaign progress and flag delays or quality risks early.
  • Participate in weekly leadership syncs on performance and issues.

Requirements

Must-Haves (Required)

  • 3+ years experience managing creators, influencers, or content producers.
  • Strong creative judgment and ability to evaluate viral content.
  • Deep understanding of short-form video and slideshow content formats.
  • Exceptional written English communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience using Discord for daily work.
  • Ability to provide direct, constructive feedback without harming relationships.

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)

  • Experience in performance-based creator environments (CPM, views, output targets).
  • Experience coaching creators or editors.
  • Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram content trends.
  • Client-facing experience in fast-paced content environments.
