Here's what we're looking for

We’re seeking an experienced Creative Video Editor with a passion for storytelling and a talent for crafting results-driven, inspiring videos for paid social media campaigns.

In this role, you’ll bring our creative vision to life through exceptional video editing. You’ll work closely with our creative strategy and media teams, aligning with the brand vision, customer insights, social trends, and performance data to create videos that perform and resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities & expertise

  • Proven experience in creating successful ads for social media, with a focus on paid UGC content.
  • Creatively transform raw footage into inspiring videos by understanding the brand, creative briefs, audience, performance data, and social trends.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with high standards for copywriting, clarity, and aesthetics.
  • Continuously innovate and evolve creative videos to maximize impact along with staying relevant.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, organization, and the ability to work independently.
  • Foster collaboration through strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented and driven by excellence, with a motivated, results-focused approach.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video and creative projects.
  • Expertise in audio balancing, color correction, and refined editing techniques.
  • Experience in post-production studio or advertising agency environments.
  • Strong design skills, with proficiency in Figma and Photoshop.
  • A keen eye for typography, graphics, color, and layout.
  • Passion for and familiarity with social media and video editing trends.
  • Fluent English speaker (native preferred).
