What You'll Do
 
At our LA-based agency, you'll be the strategic force bridging creative excellence and performance metrics across social platforms. Your day-to-day will involve:
  • Creative Strategy Leadership: Guide the development of innovative creative strategies that consistently exceed performance benchmarks across client portfolios.
  • Performance Analysis: Lead data-driven decision making by analyzing campaign metrics, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable creative direction.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee multiple high-value client portfolios, ensuring creative strategies align with performance goals and client objectives.

Must-Haves:
  • 5+ years of experience leading creative strategy for performance marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance benchmarks through creative innovation
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful paid social media campaigns
  • Advanced understanding of performance metrics and analytics tools

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $110,000 – $130,000 USD plus performance bonus per year, based on experience
