What You'll Do

As our Strategist, you will be the driving force behind our creative evolution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Creative Development: Spearhead the design and conceptualization of our brand identity and campaign strategies for 2026.
  • Asset Creation: Develop and produce approximately 40 paid assets for LinkedIn.
  • Strategic Insight: Support the team by researching the landscape, platforms, and client needs to inform effective strategies and creative output.
  • Social Media Expertise: Leverage your social media acumen to guide the production and optimization of designs for maximum impact across various channels.
  • Project Management: Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations, ensuring a clear understanding of the project process and milestones.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in brand strategy, creative concept development, and campaign design.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging paid assets for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta) and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices across digital channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
