Drive planning and execution of creative projects for the Devices category, collaborating with cross-functional teams while managing timelines and creative workflows.
We’re looking for a Creative Program Manager to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects for our Devices category. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and operations—partnering with designers, writers, marketers, product teams, and external agencies to ensure creative work is delivered on time, on brand, and at scale.
You’re equal parts organizer, communicator, and problem-solver. You know how to bring structure to creative chaos without killing the magic.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end program management for creative initiatives, from intake and scoping through launch and post-mortem
Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resourcing across multiple workstreams
Partner closely with creative teams (design, copy, video, brand, UX) to translate briefs into executable plans
Act as the primary point of contact between creative, marketing, product, and cross-functional stakeholders
Identify risks, unblock issues, and proactively adjust plans to keep projects on track
Develop and refine creative workflows, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Manage agency and vendor relationships, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets
Track progress, report status, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
Balance speed, quality, and creative integrity in a fast-moving consumer tech environment
Required:
5+ years of experience in program or project management within a creative, marketing, or design environment
Experience working with consumer technology products, platforms, or brands
Strong understanding of creative workflows across disciplines (design, copy, video, digital, experiential, etc.)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can translate between creative and non-creative teams
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com)
Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Preferred:
Experience supporting product launches or large-scale brand campaigns
Background in design, marketing, or creative operations
Familiarity with agile or hybrid project management methodologies
Experience working with global or cross-regional teams
