Creative Production Specialist

Madhive is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Creative Production Specialist to join our growing creative team. In this role, you will support the creation, setup, and quality assurance of digital advertising campaigns for small and local businesses across the United States and Canada, working closely with internal teams and leading media partners.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day execution of display banner and SEM campaigns, assisting with trafficking tasks from intake through launch. You’ll help prepare, QA, and update creative assets and ad copy, ensuring all materials meet platform requirements, accuracy standards, and deadlines. As the team grows, you’ll support timelines and workflows while working closely with the Creative Production Team to help deliver consistent, high-quality display and search advertising.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and highly proficient in written English, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a strong focus on accuracy, collaboration, and delivering high-quality advertising campaigns.

What You Will Do

  • Trafficking Support:

    • Traffic display banner and SEM requests, ensuring all assets, information, and instructions are complete and prepared for designers and copywriters.

    • Manage and update tickets in project management systems to ensure accurate status tracking.

  • Quality Assurance:

    • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure display banners and SEM ads meet creative, technical, and brand standards.

    • Flag errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and escalate as needed.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to resolve issues and clarify requirements.

    • Communicate updates or blockers clearly to keep work moving forward.

    • Learn and apply feedback from senior team members to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Who You Are

  • You have a strong command of written English and a solid understanding of grammar and spelling.

  • You have a basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and are eager to learn what makes display and SEM ads effective.

  • You are detail-oriented and value accuracy when reviewing creative assets, copy, and campaign information.

  • You are comfortable working within structured formats, templates, and platform requirements.

  • You can maintain quality and consistency while managing high-volume, deadline-driven work.

  • You are organized, dependable, and able to handle repetitive production tasks with care.

  • You are open to feedback and excited to learn new tools, workflows, and advertising best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field

  • Familiarity with digital advertising, marketing, or copy-related work through coursework, internships, or early professional experience.

  • Ability to quickly review and understand information about unfamiliar businesses with accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment while maintaining quality standards.

  • Willingness to work a swing shift aligned with North American time zones

Nice to Have

  • Internship or early experience in digital advertising, media operations, or creative production.

  • Familiarity with display advertising formats and/or SEM platforms (such as Google Ads).

  • Experience using project management or ticketing tools.

  • Basic understanding of ad specifications, trafficking, or QA workflows.

  • Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across creative and operations teams.
