Creative Production Manager

Celtra is hiring for a Creative Production Manager in our NYC office to support a customer base that relies heavily upon our Creative Services. This role will work closely with Customer Success supporting specific aspects of our clients’ success across creative production, creative reviews, and campaign deployment that occurs on and off our platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop a unique customer skillset while empowering some of the world's influential digital publishers and platforms to scale their ability to drive revenue efficiently and effectively through their digital media properties and inventory.
You will need to demonstrate empathy and an understanding for our customers while working consultatively to build relationships that deliver value on both sides. Someone who is able to learn quickly in a creative environment and is excited to immerse themself in a fast-paced environment will excel in this role.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a point of contact for a portfolio of creative service oriented clients, based on their product and services, addressing any queries and concerns.
- Project managing the creative design of ad products and successful deployment of digital creative for campaign execution
- Scope creative production oriented projects and secure resources to ensure effective execution
- Partner with the internal Celtra team members (Customer Success, Sales, Product, Solutions) to align your activities with the customer's business case and strategy
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the Celtra platform to provide consultative best practices for creative production
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the creative services Celtra offers
- Conducting check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for growth
- Account revenue and billing reconciliation for customers who have purchased our services offerings
- Maintain high levels of response and resolution to customer requests
- Monitoring and reporting on the client’s performance while interacting with Celtra’s products and services, and recommending improvements or upgrades as a means to drive usage and grow revenue
Requirements
- 3+ years of client-facing creative production or project management experience in a creative agency or creative software organization
- Exceptional project management and communication skills, both written and verbal - a creative thinker and solution seeker
- Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role and managing end-to-end campaign execution for creative production to campaign execution - bonus if you have experience working across global time zones
- Relevant BA/BS degree preferred but not required if adequate experience
- Ability to grow business in a strategic manner i.e. creating new process and initiatives
- Be curious and coachable, driven to learn and grow

- Excellent organization skills, you must be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and dealing with rapidly changing requirements

The base salary range for this role is: $65,000 - $90,000
