AI overview

Create standout visual content through social-first video production, enhancing deskbird's marketing growth and establishing thought leadership across Europe.

Your mission

We’re looking for a Creative Producer (60% - 80%) to take deskbird’s visual content to the next level across Europe and beyond. You’ll turn ideas into standout creative that helps us tell our story in a bold, consistent way, with a strong focus on short-form video and LinkedIn-first formats. This is a hybrid role based in our Berlin hub.

In this role you will

  • Translate complex workplace and product topics into clear, engaging visual stories.
  • Write and refine hooks, captions, and post copy, especially for LinkedIn.
  • Plan and publish content in close collaboration with Content Marketing, executing a LinkedIn flywheel (company + people + formats).
  • Build repeatable formats and series that compound over time and strengthen deskbird’s thought leadership.
  • Track performance (reach, engagement, watch time, growth) and continuously improve content through iteration and experimentation (incl. AI-assisted workflows).

What you need to be successful

  • Proven experience in content creation, video production, or social media, ideally with a strong focus on short-form video.
  • Strong German proficiency (B2-C1) with great editorial instincts, plus excellent English.
  • Ability to independently film, edit, and produce social-first videos (mobile-first workflows welcome).
  • Solid understanding of platform best practices across LinkedIn, YouTube, and websites.
