We are seeking an in-house Creative Producer to be responsible for producing multimedia content, including podcasts and videos, that aligns with strategic communication goals. 

This position will operate within our Client's open and collaborative creative culture. This means all creative is shared early and often with the multi-disciplinary creative community. This will help ensure alignment and consistent evolution of our brand and holistic customer experiences.

What you will do: 

  • Podcast and Video Production: Assist in the planning, production, and editing of a podcast series and video content. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is engaging and delivered on time.
  • Content Coordination: Work with the Content & Channels team to align multimedia content with broader messaging strategy. Provide input on creative concepts and content planning.
  • Creative Input: Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions, helping to shape the creative direction of projects.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards for all deliverables, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all multimedia content.
  • Project Support: Support the management of production schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with external vendors as needed. Ensure all produced content is consistent with brand guidelines and meets the highest standards of quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, including designers, writers, and marketers, to ensure that multimedia content aligns with campaign objectives and creative briefs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in multimedia production and content delivery platforms. Experiment with new formats and technologies to enhance content offerings.
  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in multimedia production, with a focus on podcast and video content, preferably in both a corporate and agency setting. 
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools is required, Adobe Workfront is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to pivot quickly between different types of content production (e.g., shifting from a video shoot to podcast editing) while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in multimedia editing software and studio equipment (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Experience using AI for content and creative generation.
  • Experience working within and contributing to a Brand Design System.
  • Strong storytelling skills with an eye for detail and creative flair.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
