BIG PICTURE:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Producer to help drive our creative expansion into new Facebook and YouTube shows. This is a ground floor opportunity to help shape the creative direction of Dhar Mann Studios, ensuring that our stories continue to captivate, inspire, and impact our global audience. The ideal candidate will have recent scale success on YouTube, a deep understanding of the digital content landscape, a passion for storytelling, solid scripted experience and the ability to handle ideation and production from research to episode execution.  We’d love for you to show us what you can do!

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Coming up with scripted ideas you can rapidly develop, produce and post to test their fit with our audiences. 
  • In your 6 weeks you’ll create, produce and test at least 4 scripted shows.
• Personally handle the production process from idea to final upload, including ideation, formatting, scriptwriting, producing and publishing.  You will be standalone (aside from using our facilities) in getting your projects done.
• Monitor trends, competitive landscape, best practices, platform dynamics, audience feedback and analytics to continuously refine and improve success.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Recent hands-on scale experience with the YouTube and Facebook platforms and other social media channels, including trends, audience behavior, and content formats.
• Strong production skills with experience (and reel) showing your ability to write, produce and post YouTube native content.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a producer with a strong background in low cost production and digital media.  Minimum 2+ years experience with YouTube.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to manage projects with little to no infrastructure or support.
• Excellent storytelling abilities with a keen eye for compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• A passion for creating content that has a positive impact on audiences.
• Adaptability and eagerness to continuously learn and apply new trends, technologies, and creative strategies.
  
  

WHO OVERSEES YOU:

The Creative Producer will report to the Founder and work closely with the Showrunner and Head of Production.
