We are seeking a Marketing Manager who blends strong project management and partnership marketing skills with creative design expertise, brand consistency, and digital growth. This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who can produce high-quality creative assets, manage marketing initiatives, support partnerships, and uphold brand excellence across a growing franchise network in the beauty and wellness industry.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications and a cross-functional team of seven to drive campaigns, support franchisees, and manage creative projects that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and boost retention.
Key responsibilities:
Partnership & Co-Marketing
- Develop go-to-market plans for strategic partners (beauty brands, booking platforms, décor/furniture providers).
- Execute partner programs including co-branded campaigns, influencer collaborations, and sponsorships.
- Manage the partner lifecycle—pilot, scale, optimize, and renew—while creating repeatable playbooks.
- Coordinate joint campaigns such as email swaps, webinars, or in-store activations.
- Define, track, and report KPIs (reach, engagement, lead referrals, redemptions, codes/UTMs).
- Ensure all assets meet brand standards and partnership agreements.
Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email/SMS campaigns in ActiveCampaign or similar platforms.
- Build and maintain a modular, mobile-optimized template system.
- Manage the email marketing calendar for newsletters, announcements, and lifecycle journeys.
- Write and test copy that aligns with customer journey stages (welcome, nurture, conversion).
Content Development
- Write on-brand copy for emails, landing pages, and websites optimized for search and conversion.
- Develop A/B test variants for subject lines, CTAs, and ad-aligned landing pages.
- Draft internal communications such as memos, franchisee updates, and event recaps.
MarCom & Project Management
- Plan and manage integrated initiatives across email, content, and partnerships.
- Oversee timelines, vendors, and deliverables (designers, agencies, printers, and merch vendors).
- Keep franchisee marketing portals and media libraries current and organized.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to maintain alignment and ensure high-quality output.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in partnership or channel marketing, email marketing, and content creation.
- Proven success in developing and executing GTM and co-marketing campaigns.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Advanced attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
- Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
- Familiarity with WordPress, basic SEO, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
