Avec Amour is a luxury lingerie brand serving customers globally. We are scaling aggressively through paid social — particularly Meta — and we are looking for a performance-driven Creative Marketing Manager to lead our creative testing engine.

This is not a “post and hope” marketing role.

This is about building a machine that systematically tests, optimizes, and scales winning creatives.

What you'll own

1. Meta Creative Testing & Scaling

  • Lead the entire creative testing process inside Meta Ads Manager
  • Launch structured testing campaigns weekly
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb stop ratio, CPA, ROAS)
  • Kill underperformers quickly and scale winners decisively
  • Continuously refresh creative angles to avoid fatigue

2. UGC & Creator Pipeline

  • Source and recruit high-quality UGC creators
  • Write clear, performance-driven briefs
  • Manage creator deliverables and timelines
  • Ensure a steady weekly flow of fresh ad creatives

3. Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Deliver weekly performance breakdowns with clear insights
  • Identify patterns in winning hooks, formats, and messaging
  • Turn data into actionable creative direction
  • Work directly with the Founder to align growth strategy
  • Your performance will be measured by results — not activity.

Requirements

You Are:

  • Someone who has 3–5 years in digital marketing and done with roles where someone else makes all the calls
  • Highly confident inside Meta Ads Manager
  • Genuinely excited by fashion, lingerie, and brands with a point of view
  • Fast. Decisive. Comfortable killing an underperforming ad without losing sleep over it

You are not:

  • A social media manager who also "does ads"
  • Looking for a role where someone tells you what to test each week

Tools & Technical Requirements:

Core Tools:

  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Instagram & Facebook ad ecosystems
  • CapCut (or similar video editing tools)
  • Later (or similar scheduling tools)

Bonus Experience With:

  • Klaviyo
  • Motion / Atria
  • AI creative tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Sora, Pippit)
  • Adobe Photoshop

Benefits

Compensation & Working Setup

  • $1,000–$2,000 USD per month (based on experience)
  • Full-time, fully remote
  • Some overlap with Melbourne (AEST) required for weekly check-ins
  • Direct reporting line to the Founder
