Creative Marketing Executive (VOD)

Lead the content vision for a VOD platform by conceptualizing campaigns and directing production processes to create viral content that resonates in the Middle Eastern market.

Role Overview: We are seeking a strategically-minded Creative Marketing Executive to lead the content vision for our VOD platform. You will sit at the intersection of brand marketing and digital production—turning high-level show launches into viral, scroll-stopping content.

While you will have access to dedicated editors and community managers, you are the architect of the "Big Idea." You will be responsible for conceptualizing campaigns, directing the production process, and ensuring our platform remains a disruptive force in the Middle East entertainment landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Concepting: Develop original content pillars and "hooks" for new show launches, focusing on high-engagement formats
  • Production Architecture: Act as the lead for video shoots, drafting creative briefs and storyboards that ensure the final product aligns with the initial vision.
  • Influencer & Talent Direction: Provide creative direction and scripts for platform talent and external influencers, ensuring "collab" content is authentic while hitting brand messaging.
  • Agile Content Capture: Occasionally shoot and perform light "lo-fi" edits (e.g., for TikTok/Reels) when rapid, trend-reactive content is required.
  • Creative Strategy & Performance: Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to ensure organic assets are optimized for "scroll-stopping" mechanics (the first 3 seconds).
  • Content Lifecycle Management: Develop "sustain" creative strategies to keep shows relevant weeks after their premiere through theories and social snippets.
  • Trend Hunting: Identify emerging digital entertainment trends in the MENA region and translate them into actionable content briefs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business/ marketing or ay other related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience, preferably with a background or strong understanding of digital entertainment
  • VOD & Media Literacy: A deep understanding of digital entertainment and what makes content "viral" in the Middle Eastern market.
  • Producer Mindset: Expert ability to direct a production process—from initial script to final edit—without being the primary editor.
  • ·Bilingual Fluency: Professional proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory for scripting and directing localized content. Strategic Intuition: You understand the why behind retention metrics and can iterate creative concepts based on audience data.
  • Technical Familiarity: Comfortable with mobile-first tools (e.g., CapCut) for quick, reactive content needs.
