Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Our client is a global charity driven by compassion, dedicated to serving some of the world’s most vulnerable people. Founded in 2013, the organisation operates across the UK and internationally, providing essential support through meal distribution, donations, and volunteer-led initiatives. With a focus on homeless support, they have provided over 11 million meals in Ukraine alone and continue to deliver over 2 million donations annually.

The team in the UK operates with a strong sense of purpose, supported by more than 5,500 volunteers, and is committed to making a meaningful impact across a variety of events and charitable efforts.

The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and creative Creative Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing team and play a key role in showcasing the incredible work of this global charity. You will be responsible for producing high-quality graphic design, digital content, and managing the charity’s social media presence. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to a mission that makes a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create visually impactful marketing materials including social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, and printed collateral that effectively communicate the charity’s message and engage the target audience.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee content creation for five social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube). This includes sourcing content, creating posts, and ensuring brand consistency across channels.
  • Website Management: Coordinate and maintain the charity’s website content and design to enhance online engagement, working with the team to ensure the site is up-to-date and aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation: Regularly produce 1 blog post per week, 5 social media posts per week, and 2 quality videos per week (working with freelance videographers). Design and send 3 newsletters per month to keep audiences informed about the charity’s initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and fresh ideas. Demonstrate initiative and bring new perspectives to the table to continuously improve the brand's online and offline presence.
  • Project Management: Work effectively to manage deadlines, set priorities, and coordinate projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) OR Canva for design work.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and experience in content creation and community engagement.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS) and understanding of digital marketing best practices.
  • A creative, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
