We’re looking for a Creative Director with the instincts of a Copywriter and the reflexes of a social creator. Someone who can see the big idea and instantly translate it into thumb-stopping content, short-form scripts, copy, formats, and social campaigns that move fast.
As the CD, you'll collaborate with designers, writers, editors, and producers to imagine, test, and launch new formats that capture attention and inspire others for AI products. You'll bring a well of ideas, deep cultural intuition, humor, and the creative instincts that drive standout social performance.
You will be the creative lead and final approver across campaigns and social executions — ensuring the work is bold, culturally relevant, native to platform, and built for speed. This is a high-velocity role where ideas move from concept → copy → content quickly, and you’ll be expected to roll up your sleeves, create, experiment, collaborate, and ship work often.

Comfortable leading and also making — not just directing from afar
Motivated by visible work that drives brand relevance and performance
Willing to flex when needed — including occasional late nights/weekends
What You'll Do
Own creative approval for concepts, scripts, visuals, edits & social content
Drive quick-turn creative output — from idea to execution to live content
Lead development of social-first campaigns, content series, and storytelling frameworks
Prolifically generate ideas across channels with clarity and creative rigor
Write copy & scripts that land with personality and platform fluency
Collaborate closely with designers, editors, writers, & producers
Prototype fast — drafts, mockups, scripts, visuals, rough cuts when needed
Spot trends early and turn them into original, brand-right executions
Set the creative bar and define visual & written language across social
Operate with speed — launching, testing, iterating & improving constantly
Essential
10+ years in creative roles (agency, brand, or studio)
Portfolio that demonstrates concept → social content execution at a high level
Experience leading a team of designers and copywriters on concepting
Proven ability to move quickly, meet fast deadlines, and manage high-volume creative flow
Exceptional writing, concepting, and storytelling skills for social platforms
Strong grasp of social culture, trends, pacing, and engagement drivers
Hands-on creator mindset — comfortable making content yourself
Preferred
Experience with viral content, high-impact social moments, or breakout campaigns
Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams
Tech, entertainment, or culturally relevant brand experience
Ability to manage shifting priorities with urgency and clarity
Bonus Points
Portfolio includes social formats, campaigns, or concept experiments
Experience launching successful content series or social storytelling frameworks
Creative side projects or personal content work
Strong comedic timing, cultural fluency & an intuitive feel for what lands
