About the Role

We’re hiring our first Creative Director to define and elevate creative quality across brand, marketing, and key product-facing communications. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, working closely with marketing, product, engineering, and leadership. You’ll evolve our brand, establish systems, and raise the bar to ensure creative output is strategic, compelling, and polished.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and evolve creative systems, including brand guidelines and documentation that teams can actually use
  • Lead concept development for key initiatives, launches, and campaigns
  • Review and critique work across disciplines, providing clear, actionable feedback grounded in craft and intent
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure creative decisions align with technical constraints and opportunities
  • Help us mature our creative process without slowing us down
  • Translate abstract strategy into concrete artifacts: interfaces, narratives, layouts, motion, and systems
  • Establish creative workflows and review practices that balance speed, quality, and rigor

What We’re Looking For

Creative leadership & taste

  • Exceptional visual and narrative sensibility, with the ability to articulate why work succeeds or fails
  • Proven ability to set and maintain high creative standards across brand and marketing
  • Experience leading creative work through ambiguity and growth, balancing experimentation with consistency
  • Confidence giving direct, constructive feedback to peers and cross-functional partners

Technical understanding & systems thinking

  • Experience building scalable creative systems (brand guidelines, visual libraries, asset frameworks)
  • Understanding of enterprise communication requirements: slide decks, campaigns, sales collateral, enterprise product visuals, and events
  • Knowledge of design tools, digital asset pipelines, and cross-channel production workflows
  • Ability to reason about constraints like brand consistency, accessibility, channel limitations, and production feasibility
