About the Role:

We’re looking for a Creative Crew Manager to lead a team of 25 to 50 frontline Creative Associates responsible for styling, scanning, and photographing products at scale.

This is a hands-on role for a strong floor leader who knows how to support creative teams in real time while maintaining clear expectations, consistent execution, and a high bar for quality. The right person is a servant leader who can build trust, coach on the floor, and keep the team aligned in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

What you will do:

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of the capture floor, making sure the team is clear on priorities, working with urgency, and staying on track against daily output goals. 
  • Manage a team of Creative Associates in a live, high-volume environment where workflows can shift throughout the day and strong floor leadership is essential
  • Turn daily volume targets into a practical plan for the floor by partnering closely with warehouse operations and other cross-functional teams
  • Maintain a high bar for quality across everything produced on your shift, ensuring work meets visual standards, follows process, and is completed consistently
  • Give real-time coaching, feedback, and direction on the floor so issues are addressed quickly and team members know what strong performance looks like
  • Train, support, and develop Creative Associates while holding clear expectations around accountability, consistency, and team contribution
  • Monitor the floor closely to spot workflow issues, quality risks, team performance gaps, or production bottlenecks and take action quickly
  • Escalate issues when needed and partner with leadership, R&D, and engineering to improve workflows, test new processes, and support operational changes
  • Help create a team environment that is focused, steady, and supportive, where people feel motivated, know what is expected, and can do strong work at a high pace

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, QA, fulfillment, or creative operations environments requiring a strong technical component, and focus on quality
  • Experience leading frontline or hourly teams of 25 or more in a fast-paced, high-volume setting on a production floor Comfortable around hardware, robotics, other technical equipment, and experimental workflows
  • Proven success in high-growth or start-up settings where ambiguity and rapid scaling are the norm
  • Skilled at managing, coaching, and mentoring hourly employees with clarity and respect
  • Comfortable working in environments where quality, pace, process, and throughput all matter every day
  • Excellent communicator with strong organizational instincts
  • Strong eye for creative quality and operational efficiency
  • Comfortable operating in a startup or high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach regularly
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment which may include exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise

Work Environment:

  • This position operates primarily within a factory setting
  • The noise level can range from moderate to loud
  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts and vehicles (e.g. forklifts, trucks)
